I hold this work as sacred Temple Space.
I am the founder of Human Be True, a multimedia transformational arts company devoted to the restoration of voice, vitality, truth, and human expression.
This program was born from the depths of my own descent. I walked through layers most people never name out loud: the grief of losing my brother to drug addiction and the slow unraveling of my identity and everything I once knew to be true after leaving the faith I was born into.
My work emerged from a lifelong fascination with a singular question:
What do we know to be true? What allows a person to remain fully alive in the face of grief, beauty, uncertainty, desire, loss, and transformation?
For more than a decade, I have devoted myself to studying embodiment, consciousness, creativity, spirituality, voice, ritual, and human potential.
My path has taken me from Christian missionary work in the Himalayas to Mystery Schools in Canada, sacred sexuality trainings in Europe, psychedelic plant medicine ceremonies in the Mayan jungles of Mexico, as well as intensive studies in feminine embodiment and kundalini yoga-based practices.
My work is distinguished less by any single modality and more my claircognizant intuition to read the energy of my clients and take action in the moment.
I am also an erotic psychedelic rock vocalist who has shared stages in Johnson City, TN with experimental jazz lineage holders of the Sun Ra Arkestra, and sang midnight jams with band members of the legendary blues pioneer Bo Didlee, in Gainesville, FL.
Today, I work with artists, entrepreneurs, leaders, visionaries, and women navigating profound seasons of change—guiding them through the thresholds where old identities dissolve and a more authentic life begins to emerge.
